Naturgie
Organic and gourmet jam
The acquisition in 2019 of Naturgie, the French leader in organic jam, located in Villeneuve-sur-Lot, was the first step in the creation of Natimpact. With 60 employees, Naturgie offers jams and fruit preparations to organic and fine food shops under the Saveurs & Fruits and Favols brands.
The company has just launched the very first range of organic jams made from French fruit, by structuring local supply chains.
Bovetti
Organic and creative chocolatier
The chocolate maker Bovetti, acquired in February 2020, was the second stone in the Natimpact building. Founded in 1994 by Valter Bovetti, the chocolate factory is renowned for its innovative, top-of-the-range, organic and fair-trade creations, sold in specialised organic shops and delicatessens.
Located in Terrasson-Lavilledieu, in the Dordogne, the company has a workshop, a shop and a chocolate museum on a single location.

Le Coq Noir

The acquisition of Le Coq noir in March 2021 marks a new stage in the growth of the Natimpact Group. French manufacturer of organic world products under the brand names Le Voyage de Mamabé in the organic sector and Le Coq Noir in the retail sector, this family-run company of 35 people, founded in 1979, is based in L’isle sur la Sorgue (Vaucluse).
The company is very committed to a Corporate Social Responsibility approach: labelled “PME + engagée”, 100% of the branded products are organic and 51% of the raw materials are sourced in France.

Organic dried fruit, seeds and legumes
Base Organic Food joined the Natimpact group in 2023. This Montauban-based SME specialises in the creation and development of 100% organic dried fruit, exotic fruit and seed chains, including many Fairtrade products.
Specialising in bulk products, the company also offers a wide range of packaged products, such as coconut milk and aperitif seeds in sachets.
