– History of Base Organic Food

A French company founded in 2015 by Charif Benabderrahmane, this SME with 25 employees specialises in the creation and development of 100% organic supply chains (dried fruit, soft fruit, exotic fruit, seeds, legumes…). An expert in bulk products, Base Organic Food has also developed a range of packaged grocery products. At its 3,400 m2 site in Montauban (Tarn et Garonne), it has a roasting and processing workshop for dried fruit (aperitif mix).

Sri Lanka

Sri Lanka is a country rich in natural resources. It allows us to offer tropical fruits (coconuts, jackfruit, mangoes and dried bananas).

Egypt

Our supply chain in southern Egypt (Awaynat) gives you access to our crunchy peanuts. On the shell, grilled, plain or spiced, they’re a real asset for aperitifs!

Turkey

Head for Turkey to discover another of our products… The Turkish sector gives you access to our crunchy hazelnuts as well as soft fruits like figs.

Burkina Faso

Let’s go to Bobo Dioulasso in Burkina Faso, one of our organic and fair trade production chains, which enables us to offer cashew nuts and dried mangoes.

Blends

Our blends are lovingly prepared in our workshop! Grapes, cashews, hazelnuts, peanuts, almonds… all our best products combined.

Roasting

Our production has been enhanced with a roaster that allows for the controlled roasting of naturally or delicately spiced dried fruits. At the exit, they are ready to be added to blends or packaged in sachets by the Base Team.
